"I started 2 Live Fitness in 2016, expanding from South Carolina to California, Georgia, and now Florida. My life has been defined by discipline—first as a U.S. Marine and Drill Instructor, and later as a survivor.

After suffering strokes in 2018 and 2023, I was told I was lucky to be alive. I lost the use of my right side, but I never lost my faith. I used fitness as my rehabilitation, working out every day to relearn how to walk and run.

Now, as a Personal Trainer and youth coach, I pour that same energy into this brand. When you wear 2LF gear, you aren't just wearing a logo. You are representing the choice to keep moving, no matter what life throws at you. Just win."
